Refund Policy

It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please contact our US-based support team for assistance with technical troubleshooting or any other issues or concerns you may have.

Customers who have not yet attempted a test or exam, requested or been issued a certificate, or completed the course, may be eligible for a refund. Students who meet these criteria must submit their request in writing (via e-mail or post) within 30 days of purchase along with proof of purchase and an explanation for the refund reason. For eligible students who have already started their course, a $5 administrative fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Failure to pass quizzes, final exam or any other in-course assessment requirements within the allotted attempts (per course guidelines);
  • Failure to pass identity validation requirements (including biometrics, security questions or any other required methods, per course guidelines);
  • Course expirations (per course guidelines);
  • Expedited processing or mailing of certificates once the requested expedite been fulfilled as promised;
  • Driving records, where the record has been processed.

Some courses or products may include more specific refund policies; please refer to any terms & conditions during course registration for further details or contact us with any questions prior to purchase.

The Training Zone Of The DMV may, but are under no obligation to, honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:

Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with the mail or courier service, you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us. Depending on the price of the product, The Training Zone Of The DMV may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service or courier company describing the missing item;

Download issues: You have problems that prevent you from downloading the product. The Training Zone Of The DMV recommends that you contact the support team for your browser provider, as The Training Zone Of The DMV ensures that our software can be downloaded with all major browsers, and this problem usually arises from a customer\’s issue with either their browser, firewall, or network;

Irreparable defects with the software: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted to our Support Team for its approval of your refund request;

Product not-as-described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to check free samples ( in the form of video overviews, demo links, product samples, screen shots) of each type of the product offered before making a purchase
